As its name indicates on the front fairing, Pagani 1948, the Sport Classic 125 is a tribute to Nello Pagani, the rider who won the first 125cc world championship on an FB Mondial in 1949, also winning the championship of the manufacturer’s world, just one year after the founding of the Italian company. In the 1950s, the world championship was reconfirmed for the driver and F.B Mondial as the manufacturer.
